The VeredusCarbon Shield Overreach Boot is a revolutionary overreach boot designed for whole and safe protection of the heel area. Useful for every discipline and can be used on all surfaces (grass, sand, mud etc). The particular anatomic shape and protective material guarantees a perfect fit on the horses heel to give total protection. Anatomic Shape The anatomically designed protection is in an elastic material that adheres perfectly to the horses foot therefore eliminating rotation of the over-reach boot itself. Extra-carbon protection on heel area Areas at particular risk of injury and bruising. Double point fastening Carbon Shield has two straps to ensure perfect fixing. It is initially positioned on the wall of the hoof with an elastic strap featuring a quick release tip. Then the second fixing is positioned on the pastern by a Velcro strap on the neoprene which guarantees maximum comfort – avoiding problems of excoriation due to bruising. Quick-release tips These specially designed tips have been made with non-deformable Flextan on stainless-steel hooks. This enables extremely quick hooking and release, even with just one hand. A constriction in the hooking holes ensures maximum fastening safety, preventing the possibility of accidental release during work or competition. Advice regarding use: The VeredusCarbon Shield Overreach Boot has been specifically designed for the whole and safe protection of the heel area of the horse during work and competitions. Other different uses are not recommended ( grazing, transport, etc). It is a protective product designed to prevent an overreach injury, when fitted correctly and snug to the horse's heel. The force of impact due to an overreach into the product may result in the boot being damaged. This is not a lack of the product, as the Carbon Shield is made with strong elastic and sock absorbent materials that can guarantee the main function, the main protection of the heel area and not neccessarily the industrialbilty of the product. If in the event of an overreach if the boot is damaged, only in some cases it may be repaired for a charge. The cost is a variable and dependent on the damage caused.
